Youth ambassador program

Turn an interest in science, sports or the arts into community action. Youth Ambassadors support cancer research through advocacy, awareness and fundraising, with guidance to help them develop and carry out a campaign.

Who can participate

The current program focuses on high-school-age participants under 18 and welcomes international interest. Start with the interest form, develop an idea with the NFCR team, prepare an action plan, carry out the activity and complete an after-action report.

Advocacy and awareness option

Youth Ambassadors can raise awareness through original content, community outreach and educational activities. The Advocacy Youth Ambassador route allows young people to support NFCR’s mission without a fundraising requirement.
